Welcome to Imara Logic ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website (imaralogic.co.ke) and our AI sales agent services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Imara Logic provides AI-powered sales agents that integrate with websites and WhatsApp to automate lead qualification, customer support, and appointment setting.
3. AI Disclaimer (Crucial)
- No Human Oversight: You acknowledge that the Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate responses.
- Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, AI models can occasionally generate incorrect, misleading, or "hallucinated" information. Imara Logic is not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or misrepresentations made by the AI agent to your customers.
- User Responsibility: You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of critical information (such as pricing, availability, or legal advice) provided by the Service.
4. User Accounts & Security
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information (including valid contact details).
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (Google Auth).
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations in Kenya or your jurisdiction.
- Distribute spam, unsolicited marketing, or harass individuals via WhatsApp.
- Upload confidential or sensitive personal data (health, financial) unless explicitly authorized.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service.
6. Payments and Refunds
- Subscription: Services are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Annually).
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers if the Service does not function as described. After 7 days, refunds are at our sole discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Imara Logic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nairobi, Kenya.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website.
